DSW same store sales jump 7.7% in June

Branded footwear retailer DSW Inc informed net sales of $106.4 million for the five week period ended July 2, 2005, a 23.1% increase over last year's net sales of $86.4 million for the five week period ended July 3, 2004.
June comparable store sales increased 7.7% over the same period last year.
For the twenty-two week period ended July 2, 2005, the Company reported a net sales increase of 20.1% to $488.7 million from $406.8 million last year.
Comparable store sales increased 4.2% for the twenty-two week period.
US based DSW Inc is operating 184 DSW stores in 32 states and also supplies, under supply arrangements, to 25 locations for related retailers and to 207 locations for other non-related retailers in the United States. For more information about DSW, please visit www.dswshoe.com.
