Chemical manufacturer Lyondell Chemical Company's Board of Director declared on July 14, a regular quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 25, 2005.
Major global maker of basic chemicals and derivatives including ethylene, propylene, titanium dioxide, styrene, polyethylene, propylene oxide and acetyls Lyondell Chemical Company's Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.225 per share of common stock to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 25, 2005.The regular quarterly dividend on each share of outstanding common stock is payable in cash on September 15, 2005.
