In wet finishing Küsters places special emphasis on the new TurboFlush generation of washing machines. This high performance washing machine represents outstanding washing results with good fabric guiding and optimised water consumption.
In addition, for the continuous treatment of highly elastic knits Küsters offers an extremely low-tension washing machine technology: the Elanit line of products.
As a leader in calender technology, the name Küsters stands for deflection-controlled roll systems: S-Roll, HyCon Roll or Hot S-Roll. The re-design of all Küsters calenders has, in the meantime, been successfully concluded. Complemented by the new Twin Calender, Küsters now offers a differentiated product range for the most diverse processes in the textile and nonwoven industry.
The offer is rounded off by a comprehensive service. In addition to customer care in assembly, commissioning and maintenance, Küsters also offers modern technical centres, where customers can determine their finishing processes during the development and engineering phase, together with the Küsters technologists. There is also the possibility of reviewing and optimising processes practiced currently.
The joint product development and improvement stands in the focus of continuous expert advice by the Küsters.
