Thus, every second visitor came from abroad, in particular from Europe, North America and Asia. The exhibitors of both fairs were pleased with the high degree of internationality as well as with the great expertise and purchasing authority of the visitors.
About 60 percent of the visitors to the 12th Techtextil were executives with decision-making and purchasing authority from different branches of industry. "Techtextil and Avantex have always been and will remain the world's leading trade fairs for the said segments: the range of innovative textiles for the various technical applications has never been as comprehensive and differentiated as it was presented this year. The branch is facing a quantum leap in the industrial use of technical textiles“, said Michael Jänecke, Brand Manager Techtextil and Avantex.
Bernd Bräuer also realizes a favourable development of this segment: "The market is in motion and we are optimally positioned with our range of products on this sector.“
