New Fleissner Developments for the Nonwovens Industry
1. AquaJet-Spunlace System for Hydroentanglement of Nonwovens
The production of more than 65 complete spunlace lines including high-performance through-air dryers provided Fleissner with plenty of experience that led to further innovations confirming this process to be the universal nonwovens technology. Many of these new developments will be shown at the ITMA Asia 05.

New Fleissner Developments for the Carpet and Wool Industry
1. Continuous Carpet Dyeing and Printing
Fleissner have always substantially contributed to and influenced the development of carpet finishing with trend-setting inventions. Some of them are presented at the ITMA Asia 2005. The Fleissner program for carpet finishing comprises:

Continuous dyeing lines for tufted carpets:
- Including the patented dye liquor-application system, the carpet steamer and high capacity circular drum stenter
- Continuous printing lines for all printing processes, like
1. direct printing - screen or jet printing
2. resist printing - printing and subsequent dyeing
3. displacement printing - dyeing and subsequent printing
