CTMTC & three Indian Co sign deal for Chinese textile cotton spinning machinery

Textile machinery and technology Importer and exporter China Texmatech Co Ltd (CTMTC) had an agency agreement signing ceremony for Indian market on September 19, 2005, totally three Indian companies has been awarded the dealerships of Chinese textile cotton spinning machinery from the scope and categories of dealing products of CTMTC.

In the appointed sales territories, respectively, Spintex Group Companies is in charge of promotion and sales in North, West and East of India, and Jaaz Trading Corporation and Textech Indo (India) Pvt Ltd are together in charge of the territory of Southern India which includes the provinces of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh.

Beijing based leading company China Texmatech Co Ltd (CTMTC), established in 1984, is specialized in the import and export of textile machinery and technology. As the key enterprise of China Hengtian Group Co, it became one of the state's important enterprises under the direct administration of the central government of China in 1998.

CTMTC has turned into company limited from state-owned company after gaining the share capital from Jingwei Textile Machinery Co Ltd. in 2004. Presently the company focuses its business on the import and export of textile machinery and technology, textile products and garments, textile raw material, and engineering contracted, etc.
