Outstanding companies from T&C sector to be honoured

For high achievements in production and business activities, despite the impact of economic slowdown and for active contribution to the developments in the sector, various industries will be honoured at an awards Ceremony for Outstanding Enterprises.
Around 61 industries in the garment and textile sector and 18 in the leather and footwear sector have been selected for honour in this award ceremony to be held in Hanoi on October 31.
The selection process of all the industries, was coordinated by the Vietnam Garment and Textile Group (Vinatex), the Vietnam Leather and Footwear Association and the Sai Gon Economic Times.
Viet Tien Garment Joint Stock Corporation is enjoying the top position among all the selected industries to be honoured. This corporation is the most outstanding enterprise in the garment and textile sector for six consecutive years (2004-2009).
