MMF products dominate US home textile imports from Turkiye

  • In Jan-Feb, the US imported $193.529 million worth of home textiles from Turkiye, with man-made fibre products comprising 74.54 per cent.
  • Cotton-based imports were 14.87 per cent and wool/animal hair products were 2.16 per cent.
  • Last year's total imports were $1,099.425 million, predominantly MMF.
  • Floor imports were 80.06 per cent in early 2024.
