Textile and garment exporters organizes for public issues

The Indian textile syndicates and export houses are adopting new way to expand in a gigantic market by launching public issues.
Leading companies like Gokaldas Exports show the way to numerous Indian garment exporters to go for public issue. Raju Goenka, Chairman of Texport Syndicate is very hopeful about going public, as he expects to come out with an issue of one billion in coming six months.
Texport Syndicate has attained Rs 3.5 billion this March, it wants to venture into the production of fabric, and become a vertically integrated manufacturer.
Goenka informed that due to earlier system of limitations of quotas, company had a various factories in different names and companies. Now the company is restructuring all of that and bringing everything under one roof.
However the figures provided by Indian government shows that that Indian textile and apparel exports are declining, though export houses hopes to up hold the industry and are organizing themselves to make it rise.
