Regus' close proximity to Wal-Mart is icing on the cake

The Regus Group the world's largest provider of fully furnished and equipped offices with 950 locations in 70 countries announced the opening of its newest center in Bentonville, Arkansas. The center is located directly across from the world's largest retailer's, Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, headquarters.

The 15,600 square foot business center features 48 offices, one video conferencing studio, one training room, and multiple rooms with shelving for suppliers to showcase their merchandise. Regus' first center in Arkansas will be located in the Bentonville Plaza, a "Class-A", master-planned development featuring prime office space.

"In addition to all of the usual amenities like meeting rooms, videoconferencing capabilities, high-speed Internet access, and administrative and IT support, our new Bentonville Plaza center has been designed with the would-be Wal-Mart/Sam's Club supplier in mind," said Jennifer Gilbert, Regus Regional Vice President.

"And for those clients who can't justify the cost of a full-time office in Bentonville, our virtual office solutions, which provides them with a Bentonville business address and mail forwarding and professional phone answering services, as well as our meeting rooms are both very cost-effective alternatives."

Gilbert added, "Convenience and flexibility are two additional major benefits our Bentonville Plaza center offers. Having the ability to sign a contract one day and be in a fully-furnished, fully-functioning office the next can be a huge competitive advantage."

One of Regus' first clients in the Bentonville Plaza center is Newmarketbuilders, a Bentonville-based management consultancy that works exclusively with retail vendors to crystallize retail and management trends and translate them into actionable steps for vendor organizations.
