In early October, VSF price recorded a steady rise. In domestic market, the price of VSF 1.5 D * 38mm (white) hiked from 21800 yuan per ton in late September to 22,000 yuan per ton in early October. In Jilin, staple fiber price rose from 22300 yuan to 22450 yuan per ton.
Differentiated PSF of 2.0 D/51mm (black) was offered by Jilin Chemical at 24750 yuan per ton. Overall, VSF prices of mainstream varieties registered considerable increase in early October.
Besides, price of viscose filament remained flat. Of these, price of bright viscose filament 133.3 dtex/30f stood at 37,000 yuan per ton from late September to early October.
Bright viscose filament 166.7 dtex/30f remained at 36,000 yuan per ton. Bright viscose filament 500 dtex/100f stranded at 28,000 yuan per ton. Overall, viscose filament yarn price showed a relatively stable state.
