The platform helps in optimising specialty retail operations by delivering store metrics and sales programmes.
Commenting on the deployment, Dave Loat, president of Storeforce said, “The platform was selected by American Apparel because of Storeforce's unique ability to rapidly deliver a solution that schedules associates based on traffic patterns and empowers store managers with real-time store metrics, enabling them to drive sales.”
Additionally, Christine Olcu, general manager – global retail of American Apparel said, “It was a priority for me to get Storeforce in place, because I knew that if I could better manage traffic and conversion, I could drive sales up.”
“It's about enabling sales floor leaders and store managers to coach in the moment based on real-time store performance and enhance the customer experience,” she added. (MCJ)
