Apparel firm Tipsy Elves selects Mi9 Retail ecommerce
Mi9 Retail, a leading provider of omni-channel retail software, has announced that holiday-themed apparel company headquartered in the US, Tipsy Elves, has chosen Mi9 ecommerce to run its online business. Mi9 ecommerce is a complete cloud-based solution for ecommerce including order management, content management, customer relationship management, and more.

After years of struggling to get the most out of their Magento system, Tipsy Elves immediately saw the value of the ease-of-use and robust functionality that Mi9 ecommerce offered out of the box. Tipsy Elves was previously using more than 15 plug-ins to run their site with Magento. Mi9 ecommerce will drastically reduce this number with features such as returns management, product reviews, and abandoned cart retargeting, all available within the Mi9 platform.

Tipsy Elves attributes much of their online success to their organic search performance and so being able to maintain SEO equity played a large role in their decision.

Evan Mendelsohn, co-founder of Tipsy Elves said, “While platforms like Shopify would force us to conform our URLs to a specific format, the Mi9 ecommerce tools for technical SEO will enable us to maintain our current SEO structure and keep the strong search engine performance we’ve worked for years to achieve.”

Neil Moses, CEO of Mi9 Retail said, “Seasonal companies face a unique set of challenges because the majority of sales occur during a short time period. Tipsy Elves not only needs technology they can trust to perform, but also a technology partner they can count on to help them succeed. We are happy to be that partner for a fun company that people love, and we are excited to help Tipsy Elves increase customer engagement and boost their conversion rates.” (GK)
