The annual survey published by RIS News ranks the top technology software vendors in areas such as customer satisfaction, revenue, retail concentration, technology innovation, and product reliability. This year’s study was based on evaluations from 295 retailers, rating 45 qualifying vendors.
Aptos moved up in several key categories in this year’s Software LeaderBoard. These rankings include Overall Top 20 Retail Software Leaders (#7 this year versus #9 in 2015); Large Vendor Leaders (#2 this year versus #4 in 2015); Specialty Vendor Leaders (#5 this year versus #6 in 2015); and Broad Suite Vendor Leaders (#7 this year versus #9 in 2015).
