Carbon38 to offer localised shopping with Flow's IT suite

Carbon38, the premier ecommerce destination for performance fashion, has announced that it has partnered with Flow, a pioneer of next generation cross border commerce. With the new partnership, Carbon38, which is headquartered in the US, is set to create fully branded and localised shopping experiences for all its customers anywhere in the world.

Flow’s simple-to-manage solution enables a seamless international customer experience and fuels company growth by eliminating the challenges many brands encounter when trying to sell and ship product internationally, the company said in a press release.

Flow’s software solution uses artificial intelligence and localisation technology that allows Carbon38’s customers to feel as if they are shopping with a local retailer, regardless of where they are in the world. By addressing key factors, such as multi-currency pricing, cost efficient and rapid shipping, 60+ international payment options, accurate taxes and duties, and simple returns, Flow enables consumers to enjoy a localised shopping experience that eliminates the risk and fear of buying products internationally and mirrors Carbon38’s domestic experience.
