CGS expands services to 30 global manufacturing brands

CGS, a global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, has expanded its product portfolio with addition of more than 30 new global manufacturing and merchandising consumer brands. As the US celebrates Manufacturing Day on October 5, the CGS team of experts is supporting brands that are sold throughout the world.

CGS’s BlueCherry Enterprise Suite provides clients with a powerful, comprehensive set of tools to drive their fundamental business processes. It focuses on the needs of high-growth organisations operating in the consumer lifestyle products, retail and apparel industries. The BlueCherry Enterprise Suite’s built-in capacity addresses the needs of all core management, planning, product development, manufacturing, logistics, finance and sales functions.

In just nine months, CGS added new brands, completed multiple implementations and expanded solutions for existing customers. Thousands of end users globally joined CGS’s fashion, apparel, footwear and consumer lifestyle products community.

Recognised among top apparel and footwear organisations for excellent support, a robust user community, and a fully integrated end-to-end solution, BlueCherry provides its customers seamless supply chain operations, including design, sourcing, planning, manufacturing and logistics, CGS said in a press release.

Various brands, including Wild Horses and Bravado Designs, completed their digital transformation with BlueCherry solutions and dozens of existing customers added new solutions, including Shop Floor Control, B2B e-commerce, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Business Intelligence. All of the new BlueCherry customers chose managed cloud environment for their applications delivery, the release added.
