Chinese fashion brand Hopeshow selects Aptos solutions

Aptos, a leader in retail technology solutions, has announced that Chinese fashion brand Hopeshow has selected Aptos solutions for merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, and allocation and replenishment decision-making. The project will span the two associated brands of the group, Hopeshow and HS, and their over 1,000 boutiques.

“We selected Aptos because the solution completely matches our needs. We manage our products from sketch to shelf, and with the business growing extremely quickly, we need to improve our planning and buying decisions across design, merchandise, and operations. Aptos’ end-to-end planning solutions will provide the advanced functionality and the level of integration we need to take the Hopeshow brands forward,” Liu Hua, founder of Hopeshow said in an Aptos press release.

“We currently plan our business and all our collections in Excel, meaning a lot of time is spent consolidating different spreadsheets, and constraints in terms of business visibility. Aptos’ planning solutions will enable Hopeshow to manage our merchandise lifecycle from end-to-end. Our range plans will benefit from being developed based on our financial goals, which will result in more balanced and well-constructed collections that optimise buying and delight customers in our stores. Finally, the system’s allocation and replenishment capabilities complete the offering, ensuring accurate product deliveries and an optimised use of supply chain assets,” Hua said.

Hopeshow looks forward to the Aptos implementation enabling it to deliver more precise, customer-centric merchandising decisions, to improve store performance, reduce inventory and, most importantly, delight more customers more often. Hopeshow will adopt the Aptos AgileFit deployment methodology which, based on industry best practices, reduces implementation time and accelerates speed to value.
