Huijie adopts Centric 8 PLM to build digital platform

Shenzhen Huijie Group (Huijie), a leading intimates company in China, has recently announced that it has successfully implemented Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. Huijie had selected Centric 8 PLM to build a digital platform for one of its underwear brands, Langerie, which is aimed at young women who value fashion and style.

The relationship between Huijie and Centric Software began in Shenzhen in 2017 when Li Wanzhen, general manager of Huijie business department, participated in a Centric experience activity with her team. Centric’s highly visual, modern and mobile innovations make the product development process truly digital, which coincides with Huijie’s digital strategy, according to a press release by Centric Software.

“Establishing the Centric PLM platform enables us to improve our working model and mode of thinking,” said Wanzhen. “What we have gained is not just a system, but a better framework and mindset for work and collaboration, which has greatly improved efficiency. At the same time, the bond between Huijie and Centric has deepened.”

“Every member of the Centric team throughout the project has been incredibly supportive. They were quick to reply during each phase and supported us fully. Everyone here at Huijie are really happy with the go-live; with the project being a very positive experience for us due to the open line of communication with Centric throughout. Overall, the project expectations were realised and we are deeply impressed with the Centric team,” added Wanzhen.

It has had a strong market share in China’s underwear industry for eight consecutive years.
