I.Level Software has unveiled the new ASOS stock control module which lets fashion brands trade across ASOS with full stock control and logistics capabilities, reducing hours of manual work in the process. The company is a leading provider of fashion software solutions. ASOS sells cutting-edge fashion and offers a wide variety of fashion-related content.

The key module features in the software includes following progress on all ASOS customer orders, creating bespoke ASOS packing lists, creating bespoke ASOS box end labels, splitting bulk ASOS orders by importing information received from ASOS, and populating bespoke data fields for all ASOS Purchase Orders, Styles, and MDA (delivery advice) references.

Brands can enhance the order handling process further by adding I.Level Software’s advanced warehouse scanning software to make pick and pack faster more accurate and create the ASOS box number packing list automatically.

Overall, this latest module makes it straightforward for fashion brands to sell to ASOS whilst also keeping robust oversight of stock levels, distribution, and supply chain logistics. The module plugs-in seamlessly to the company’s stock control system giving fashion brands a 360° degree overview of all their ASOS-supplied stock.

Since it was founded in 2000, ASOS has emerged to become a fashion ecommerce powerhouse with revenues of almost £2Bn. However, trading with ASOS comes with its own set of challenges especially in terms of order handling and stock control, which involves a high degree of labour intensity. The new ASOS module addresses this head on and makes order handling for ASOS simple and fast. It can also be activated within minutes with no additional IT development needed. (GK)
