Groupe Dynamite, one of the most recognized fashion brands in Canada, has selected Oracle Retail applications to support the company's expansion plans.

Groupe Dynamite intends to implement Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Store Solutions, Oracle Retail Demand Forecasting and Oracle Retail Price Management across its 250 locations in North America operating under its Garage and Dynamite banners.

Groupe Dynamite selected the Oracle offerings to provide better insight to consumer demand and item performance, improve control over products and inventories and reduce markdowns.

"We want to transform our business and needed a proven retail technology platform as a part of that process," said Anna Martini, President, Groupe Dynamite. "Oracle Retail provides us the best of breed solutions and infrastructure to move forward and expand our brand globally."

"Groupe Dynamite has a passionate team leading the expansion of its business in Canada, the United States and now globally," said Mike Webster, General Manager, Oracle Retail.

"We are excited to be a part of that team and provide an experience platform that will optimize operations while maintaining a single, comprehensive source of consistent and accurate data across business functions and locations."

After 35 years in the fashion business, Groupe Dynamite has successfully launched some of the most recognizable fashion brands in Canada.
