CORESense provider of the first and only cloud-based multi-store/multi-channel retail management solution, announced that Fort Western, a leading provider of western wear and décor based in Nebraska, is implementing the CORESense Point of Sale and multi-channel retail business management solution to run their three retail stores, catalog operation and ecommerce website.

Established in 1972, Fort Western offers an un-matched selection of western lifestyle merchandise at the lowest possible price, day in & day out. The company sells it through multiple channels including two retail stores in Nebraska, nation-wide catalogs along with their branded ecommerce website.

“As our company has grown and expanded into new channels such as ecommerce, it has become increasingly difficult to manage our various channels and stores with separate software systems,” said C. Steven Wohlfarth, COO of Fort Western. “We needed one retail management software solution that could centralize management of our retail, catalog and growing ecommerce operations. The CORESense solution is capable of managing product merchandising, orders, inventory and customer relationships across all our retail stores, catalog sales force and ecommerce operation. “

Fort Western, like most “lifestyle” retailers, sells a variety of products from apparel, footwear and accessories to saddles and tack through multiple channels. CORESense easily handles multiple product types and the merchandising and purchasing of apparel and footwear products through the use of its configurable color/size/style/width matrix. The CORESense solution will help Fort Western streamline the merchandise planning and replenishment process. It will also provide them with a real time, synchronized view of sales and inventory levels across all channels enabling better management of inventory reducing stock-outs and driving timelier in-season price adjustments.

“CORESense is very pleased to be selected as the technology partner for Fort Western,” said Chris Martin, CEO of CORESense. “By implementing CORESense, Fort Western will be able to consolidate their multichannel selling and back office operations into one web accessible system providing a real-time view of business health anywhere, anytime so they can proactively respond to customers and profitably grow their business.”

CORESense is the only cloud-based retail and ecommerce management software solution that brings together point of sale, ecommerce, merchandising, order management & fulfillment, and CRM & marketing into a single, centrally managed solution.

CORESense, Inc. is a leading provider of all-in-one cloud-based ecommerce and retail software solutions for ecommerce and brick and mortar retailers and brand manufacturers. Successful retailers across multiple specialty retail markets including wine, footwear and accessories, sporting goods, fashion and apparel, books, electronics and others are leveraging CORESense's products to streamline operations, connect with customers and grow sales across ecommerce and retail store channels.
