Engelhard Corporation appoints Stephen Lux as MD of Coletica

a material science company engelhard corporation announced appointment for the coletica.
as part of the completion of the acquisition of coletica by engelhard corporation, mr. stephen lux, engelhard's group vice president and general manager, appearance and performance technologies has been appointed chairman and managing director of coletica, succeeding mr. pierre devictor. mr. devictor resigned as chairman and managing director on 15th april 2005, after a transition period.
mr. frank freiler, engelhard's general manager of personal care materials business, will be responsible for the ongoing management of coletica as it becomes fully integrated into engelhard's global cosmetics and personal care business.
coletica is a major global player in active ingredients and related technologies for use in cosmetics and, more especially, skin-care products. the company was acquired by u.s.-based engelhard corporation in march, 2005.
