Wayne Huyard names TEXbase as CEO

Wayne Huyard joined TEXbase as President in September, 2012, as part of a strategic growth plan initiated by TEXbase founder, Joe Walkuski. Prior to TEXbase, Wayne was President, RightNow Technologies. He is an accomplished executive with experience at MCI, WorldCom, Verizon, and Cerberus Capital Management. Wayne is also a member of the TEXbase Board of Directors.

Greg Gianforte is a serial entrepreneur in the software industry. Greg founded RightNow Technologies, a cloud-based software company in Bozeman in 1997. Under his leadership, the company grew to more than 1,100 employees worldwide and more than $225 million in annual revenue. Greg took RightNow public in 2004 and seven years later, in 2011, he sold RightNow to Oracle for $1.8 billion. Greg has started five successful software firms.

TEXbase has tripled investment in product development and product innovation over the past six months. Joe Walkuski, TEXbase founder will serve as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer, to focus on strategy, product development and global operations.
