US etailer Bluefly adopts Pitney Bowes ecommerce solutions

Pitney Bowes Inc. announced leading U.S. online retailer, Bluefly, is using technology and shipping services from Pitney Bowes to help expand the online global reach of their brands to international buyers around the world. The U.S. apparel and accessories retailer is using Pitney Bowes’s global ecommerce software and international shipping services to help offer a seamless and convenient cross-border purchasing experience for consumers.
 
Bluefly is using Pitney Bowes’s global ecommerce solutions to help simplify international transactions, improve the online shopping experience for consumers and facilitate international growth. These solutions also provide access to affordable global delivery services, customs and brokerage management, and a full suite of logistics web services to help make it easy to deliver goods to online shoppers in international markets.

Pitney Bowes provides global ecommerce services to more than 100 retailers and collaborates with some of the world’s largest ecommerce marketplaces and platform providers. Additional U.S. apparel, footwear and accessories retail clients include Billy Reid, Dooney & Bourke, GANT, Rebecca Minkoff, Rickshaw Bagworks, PlanetShoes and Steven Alan.
 
Pitney Bowes offers a comprehensive suite of ecommerce solutions for international sales. The company’s Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions offer an array of API-driven (application programming interface) web services to facilitate cross-border sales to international markets around the world. Through one integration, retailers can access services including: duty and tax calculation, fully-landed and guaranteed costs at checkout, customs and brokerage management, import and export management, optimized global shipping, and parcel protection.
