TXT Retail, one of the leading providers of integrated and collaborative end-to-end planning, PLM, and supply chain collaboration solutions for the luxury, fashion, and consumer sectors, has launched TXTPlanning 7.0, an advanced version of its retail planning solution, to be unveiled at the NRF “Big Show”, in New York on January 11-13, 2015.

TXT Retail will demonstrate TXTPlanning 7.0 at the NRF show with in-memory processing through Microsoft’s SQL Server 2014 optimizing real-time, interactive assortment planning with extreme performance on ever larger datasets, and increased query and analysis speeds, the company said in a statement.

The company will also display the TXTPLM 5.0 version with a simplified front-end that provides a friendly, visual experience in navigation, in editing data and images, and in managing the collection development. TXTPLM 5.0 has also advanced its mobile capabilities through HTML5 with a responsive design that provides for optimized usage, as well as any device accessibility.

Another version, TXTChain 6.0 with a new interactive and visual UI, which has been re-platformed using HTML5 and available on Microsoft Azure, with benefits in terms of global accessibility, scalability, and lower total cost of owner, will also be part of the show.

Riccardo Proni, VP product strategy and development at TXT Retail said, “TXT’s key enhancements in the field of in-memory, mobility, and cloud to be shown at NRF illustrate the powerful business benefits from the end-to-end combination of TXT’s planning, PLM and supply chain collaboration solutions in terms of precision merchandising and responsiveness throughout the supply chain.”

TXT Retail experts will discuss these new releases with NRF attendees and demonstrate how TXT solutions are providing key benefits to retailers worldwide.
