Industry specialist IT systems supplier XeBusiness recorded a number of contracts for their business management system Xe-ERP2 in the last quarter of their 2007 financial year.

Companies placing contracts for new systems and module upgrades included both fashion and corporate workwear suppliers Flamepro, Henri-Lloyd International, Wensum Tailoring, Corona Manufacturing (Mauritius) Belle Jewellery, Dennes, Corporate Wardrobe, Orla Kiely and Pinstripe fashion amongst others.

During the year further R & D investment was made in the XeBusiness market leading product Xe-ERP2 focusing mainly on the strategic PLM/PDM, global sourcing - with a particular focus on event management and critical path for contract progress tracking - and Internet web enablement.

This investment combined with many years of best practice legacy functionality continues to ensure the XeBusiness system remains one of the most stable and comprehensive available in this sector of the market.

Commenting on business development progress of XeBusiness in 2007, David Cullis, MD said:
“XeBusiness has responded well in 2007 in spite of an uncertain business climate by winning a number of both new business and user upgrade contracts. The need to invest in IT is now more compelling than ever given the highly competitive and turbulent nature of the sector.”
