Prologic receives 'Solutions Partner of the Year' award

Prologic, the fashion business systems provider, has received the 'Solutions Partner of the Year' award at the annual Logic Group Partner Conference. Prologic has been recognised for innovation and expertise in the area of payment processing, and in particular for its unique multi-channel Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) solution.
The Logic Group is the leading UK provider of payment processing solutions, specialising in secure card transactions and loyalty programmes for many of the world's leading retailers.
Angus Blest, Account Manager, Logic Group explains “Prologic is our only partner to offer a true multi-channel EFT solution to its clients using The Logic Group's software and services. Historically we have provided Prologic with software for processing credit and debit card transactions in a POS environment, however following recent work with Prologic we have expanded transactions to include gift cards, eCommerce and mail order. Prologic's proactive approach to adopting new technologies and helping us to add new functionality to our payment processing systems was the primary reason for being selected as our 'Solutions Partner of the Year 2008'.”
Blest continues, “As an example, Prologic was able to quickly roll out the new Gift Card solution using our software, enabling retailers to replace paper vouchers with a gift card of a predetermined value. From our perspective, it is highly beneficial to have a partner that has studied one aspect of our capabilities over the last 12-18 months, and made concerted efforts to expand it and as a result offer a wider range of services, whilst simultaneously taking us into new business areas.”
