Aptos, Inc., a market leader in retail technology solutions, has that announced United Fashions of Texas, a San Antonio-based chain of family apparel, accessories, and home goods, has selected the Aptos singular commerce platform as the foundation for its retail technology revitalisation to promote greater and more personalised customer engagement.

United Fashions of Texas will leverage the market-leading Aptos Store point of sale (POS) solution to support seamless experiences within its 100 stores and 345 registers throughout Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, and California. The new POS solution includes mobile functionality that empowers associates to freely engage with customers throughout the store environment and improve efficiency.

Additionally, United Fashions of Texas will deploy Aptos CRM to help cultivate long-term relationships with customers and remain relevant by quickly identifying and responding to their changing needs and desires. Providing a 360-degree view of each customer, Aptos CRM provides advanced tools for customer capture, analysis, segmentation, and campaign management.

A long-term Aptos customer, the newly selected solutions will interact seamlessly with United Fashions of Texas's existing retail technology, which includes Aptos merchandising, warehouse management, and sales audit.

Noel Goggin, CEO and culture leader for Aptos said, “Today customer engagement calls for consistently personalised, flexible, efficient and seamless experiences, no matter when, where or how customers choose to interact. United Fashions of Texas is very focused on meeting its customers' needs as proven by its success to date in growth and expansion. Aptos is proud to have played a role in that success and we are excited to again partner to reinvigorate United Fashions of Texas's customer engagement efforts to engage customers differently for continued success.” (GK)
