Yash Technologies, a leading application and infrastructure management services organisation, has completed SAP S4 HANA 1610 ERP implementation for Mafatlal Industries. Mafatlal Industries is a leading textile company for a complete range of products consisting of yarn dyed prints, linens, bleached white fabrics, denims, cotton, linen, polyester, and so on.

Mafatlal brand is a household name in India seeking to re-architect their information technology landscape and align it with their ambitious goal to be a global textile leader. Collaborating with business and IT teams at Mafatlal, Yash helped harness the power of SAP S4 HANA and deliver a future proof business solution.

Milan Shah, chief financial officer, Mafatlal Industries Limited said, “Our rapidly evolving business needed a scalable, flexible yet simple business solution to accelerate our growth. Given the business critical nature of this initiative, we decided to partner with global leaders; SAP, the market leader in enterprise application software and Yash, one of the largest SAP service providers. Yash consultants with their domain and technology proficiency worked closely with our teams to deliver a solution in line with our vision.”

The business applications that Mafatlal deployed were outdated and difficult to upgrade and scale-up. Some critical functionalities were also lacking. Yash & Mafatlal team identified gaps and bottlenecks in the processes and devised a solution that meets the current and future needs of the business. SAP S4 HANA implementation was carried out, in line with this solution framework.

“The implementation of the solution has driven significant improvements in business forecasting and asset utilisation with the enhanced operational visibility ensuring better control and optimisation. Mafatlal’s digital journey continues to be fostered with advanced analytics and mobility being deployed for business leverage, by the Mafatlal and Yash teams working together,” Yash team said. (GK)
