Modeling Camp NYC to be held in Manhattan

Heather Cole, former model and Founder of Modeling Camp announces the camp's return to New York and its launch this summer in Los Angeles. Modeling Camp NYC/LA are four day boot camps that allow teenage girls the opportunity to experience the world of modeling and fashion in its two epicenters, New York City and Los Angeles!

• Girls ages 13-18 learn the INS And Outs of professional modeling from top industry professionals

• Featuring Guest Speakers From "America's Next Top Model," "Project Runway" and Scouts from Ellegirl.Com, Elite Model Management and Seventeen Magazine

• Girls Have photo shoots with top Fashion Photographers

• Modeling Camp NYC will be held in Manhattan the weeks of July 12-15 and August 2-5 at The New York Helmsley Hotel

• Modeling Camp LA will launch in Los Angeles the week of July 19-22 at The Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills

Girls have the chance to be 'discovered,' while learning valuable life skills, boosting their self-esteem and leaving with the understanding that true beauty is the beauty that lies within!

Activities include:

• Guest speakers Ashley Howard, Laura Fitzpatrick and Sundai Love from America's Next Top Model, and Project Runway's Lisa Nargi.

• Learning to move confidently in front of the camera.

• Acting workshops with NYC/LA acting coaches.

• Learning the runway walk and participating in a fashion show.

• Photo shoots with top fashion photographers Barry Hollywood, and Maggie Seider.

• Make-up by Ford's Shannon Grey-Williams. Hair by Charles Ward who has styled many models including Kate Moss.

• Meeting alumni - Luka, who has graced the pages of Vogue, Elle and Marie Claire.

• Learning about fitness, healthy eating and having a 'model workout' to pump up their energy!

• Learning about presentation, hair/make-up tips and how to survive a casting! (A real one sets the test! SEVENTEEN Magazine is scouting at Modeling Camp this summer for "real girls" to model for an upcoming issue!)

• All girls receive a portfolio book and pictures.

• Girls meet top NYC/LA agents. Elite Model Management will interview girls at both locations.
