Textured Yarn Association's TYAA 2006 Winter Conference in March

The Textured Yarn Association of America (TYAA) is pleased to announce the gathering for the 2006 Winter Conference. The conference is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, 2006 and will be held at the Speedway Club, Lowe's Motor Speedway, Charlotte, North Carolina.
The Speedway Club is located on US 29, Exit 49 from I-85. Parking is available in the main parking lot to the right and left of the building. Additional parking is located to the left of the main parking lot labeled "Press Parking."
The one-day conference will include presentations from Norman Cohen of Unitec and Past President of TYAA, Missy Branson – Senior Vice President of National Council of Textile Organizations, Rich Pizzuti of Unifi Inc, John Amirtharaj of Premiere Fibers, Bill Dilanni of ITG/Burlington Worldwide and Chas Scott of Unifi, Inc. and President of TYAA.
If you require room accommodations, the Wingate Inn, 7841 Gateway Lane NW is offering a room rate of $84.00 plus tax per night. Reservations can be made by calling (704) 979-1300. Please be sure to identify yourself with the TYAA and use the account code of YARN.
The cut off date for all reservations is February 20, 2006. Be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible.
Also, attached is a registration form to be used for conference registration with TYAA. To aid in the completion of plans for the conference, the form should be returned with the registration fee, $100.00 for members and $240.00 for nonmembers, by Friday, March 10, 2006.
The Association provides scholarship funds to two deserving students at the College of Textiles North Carolina State University.
