Nathalie focuses on growth strategy, international expansion, brand positioning, merchandising, and omnichannel sales in the fashion, beauty, and luxury industry. She has deep knowledge in the areas of branding, product offerings, and optimization of sales channels. She also drives commercial transformation programs, retail models, and formats.
Nathalie contributed substantially to the research for Cityscope, a predictive tool for economic, sociodemographic, and consumption trends based on data for 2,000 major cities. Drawing on this work, she also helped to produce the McKinsey Global Institute report Urban world: Cities and the rise of the consuming class.
