The 25th CPM – Collection Première Moscow drew to a close with a total of 17,200 trade visitors attending the show which saw 40 exhibitors presenting 100 kids collections for the 2016 S/S season.

“The highlight of the trade show included reports from Russian kids' blogger Dasha who has been posting blogs from all trade fairs around the world that present children's fashion, an Igedo company press release said.

According to the organiser, the catwalk shows were also well attended and presented creations by Blue Seven, Bóboli, Emily Rise, Maria Naumova, Lialea and Mayoral.

The Italian Kids Catwalk, a catwalk show organised by the Italian apparel association EMI featured labels like Baldinini, Naturino, Ninette En Fleur, Gf Ferré, Byblos Boys & Girls, Sarabanda and Laura Biagiotti Dolls.

“The following get-together was avidly used by Russian specialist retailers and both Russian and international suppliers for exchange and networking,” Igedo added.

Christian Kasch, project director of CPM, said, “We are quite satisfied with the outcome of the trade fair but miss children's fashion exhibitors' courage and interest to stick to the Russian fashion market.”

“CPM kids is a key component of the trade fair that showcases the whole spectrum of fashion and on top of this, 'double suppliers' are given the opportunity to present their adult and kids' collections in parallel,” it added.

The next CPM – Collection Première Moscow will be held from February 23-26, 2016 at the Expo Centre in Moscow.

Manufacturers from the segments of CPM kids, CPM Premium, CPM Accessories as well as Mode Lingerie & Swim Moscow, which is co- organised by the Igedo partner Eurovet, will be exhibiting A/W 2016/17 lines. (AR)
