Australia is an important country for Marimekko in the Asia-Pacific region which is the company's second largest market area straight after its home market Finland. Today, Marimekko has a total of four brick-and-mortar stores in Australia located in Melbourne and Sydney.

Expanding our online store to Australia is yet another great step to the right direction”, says Marimekko's President Tiina Alahuhta-Kasko.
After the expansion to Australia, Marimekko's own e-commerce reaches customers in 13 countries.
