Marks and Spencer Group plc (Marks & Spencer) announces the appointment of Miranda Curtis to its Board as a Non-Executive Director. She will take up her appointment on 1 February 2012.

Commenting on the appointment, Robert Swannell, Chairman of Marks & Spencer said: “I am delighted to welcome Miranda to the Board.
