Apart from these innovations, Jeanologia counts with GFK LASER technology that under the premises of Ecological, Efficient and Ethical, has developed a last generation technology, GFK 3e, that allows a larger energy saving as well as water, chemicals and time saving at jean finishing process. Moreover it avoids the use of techniques that are dangerous for the workers.

This laser reproduces the wear effects and vintage effects in a more elaborated way whilst reduces the production times and increases the accuracy and reproducibility for the sake of a more authentic look.

It also enables a major reproduction in front of other jean finishing techniques as the manual scrapping, PP spray or sandblasting.

In fact, the laser is the alternative that offers greater production level. This way, with the laser 100 jeans per hour can be produced, increasing the production significantly in comparison to manual scrapping that achieves just 10 jeans produced per hour, sandblasting that produces 30 units per hour, or PP spray that produces 60 units per hour.

Also, the company has developed G2 plus, an ecological washing machine that works only with ozone and oxygen to wash jeans and knits, providing a vintage finish using neither water nor chemicals.

Likewise, the new G2 plus technology allows 62% savings in energy, 67% in water and up to 85% in chemicals.

During the last years, Jeanologia has consolidated itself as a global leader in the technologies development for the denim world. With customers in 45 countries, it exports its technologies, machinery and services to 5 continents.

The main brands in the market such as Levi Strauss & Co, Polo jeans, Abercrombie & Fitch, Edwin Japan, Pepe Jeans, Diesel, Hilfiger Denim, Salsa Jeans, or great retailers such as GAP, Uniclo, or Zara among others, have placed their confidence on this Spanish company using the techniques and technologies that it develops.

Jeanologia in collaboration with 8 great designers and brands.
Siki Im, Creative Growth for Everyone, Stussy, The Gap, Goldsign, Earnest Sewn, Joe's Jeans, Henry Duarte y Marithé + François Girbaud have collaborated with Jeanologia creating a series of looks based on their own aesthetics in order to give expression to jeans by the textile laser technology developed by Jeanologia, GFK LASER.

The objective is to create original pieces by the use of the GFK LASER, encouraging designers and brands to look at jeans as if they were white canvas to capture their creations.

This pioneering initiative will allow the opening parties attendees of Kingpins shows in Los Angeles and New York to appreciate the astonishing evolution of the designs from the sketch up to becoming an art piece.

As Enrique Silla, President of Jeanologia, says: “The collaboration with KingPins and with this distinguished creative group allow us to put art and technology to the service of Denim, on the expectation of inspiring designers, brands and retailers all over the world.”

Also, every hour during the show all the attendees will have the chance to enjoy and participate on the workshops to produce jeans live.
