ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN sells sexy and sustainable swimwear in a wide variety of styles and cuts designed to fit and delight any and every taste and body type. As the 2012 swimwear season approaches, ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN predicts the hottest styles for 2012 beachwear.

Scuba sport inspired eco suits in one- and two-piece cuts, color-blocked pink and turquoise bikinis, and suits with retro black and white polka dots have been among the most requested styles by top fashion editors around the country, and ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN expects to see these styles on models in many national media outlets.

“ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN is getting incredible brand exposure. We expect that some of our best styles will send ripples throughout the industry,” says Alex Waldman of ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN.

The swimwear brand's retail partners have already voted with their dollars and made their purchasing decisions for the 2012 season, and shoppers can expect to see the brand's innovative cotton cover ups in heather gray and neutral khaki on store shelves.

“A matching coverup is the most essential accessory to the perfect suit,” reports Waldman. “And we're now able to offer the same eco-friendly style in coverups that we've offered in swimwear since the beginning,” says Waldman.

Long gone are the days of choosing between a one piece and a bikini. 2012 will be the season of flexible styling, and ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN predicts tankinis, boy shorts-inspired suits, and swim dresses will take the center stage. “Of course, the tried and true one and two piece suits will be favorites, too,” says Waldman. “The classic look of a classic fit just can't be beat,” says Waldman.

Top prints and patterns from 2012 draw inspiration from eras gone by. Color blocking will remind many swimmers of the 1980s, and stripes and polka dots will remind many of the 1940s and 50s. Mixing of prints will also be a hot trend for 2012, as beach-goers throw off their shackles and dare to dress differently.

Swimwear in 2012 will also be more textured, as ruffles, bows, and zippers are featured prominently on a number of styles.

ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN is the world's leading sustainable swimwear brand, making suits from recycled materials. ECO SWIM BY AQUA GREEN is based in Easton, PA and its swimsuits can be purchased at specialty and department stores as well as on select websites.
