He is to be succeeded by the textile engineer Urs Konstantin Rouette (40), who, as Director of Production and Procurement, will be responsible for these areas at the leading shirt producer's premises as of 1 April 2012.

After two-and-a-half years as Technical Director at the Bietigheim-Bissingen shirt manufacturer, OLYMP, Andreas Kövener is relocating back to Bavaria for family reasons. GmbH Munich (Bavaria) as departmental head of outward processing/logistics, where he stayed until mid-2009. After that, he occupied the managing position for procurement and production at OLYMP, which he held throughout the rapid growth phase of the company until March 2012. This is the role he will carry out again in future at MÄRZ in Munich.

Urs Konstantin Rouette comes from Aachen (North Rhine-Westphalia) and, after studying for his uni-versity entrance certificate (the “Abitur”) from 1991 to 1993, completed a craft apprenticeship to be-come a dyer at the Wilhelm Becker cloth mill in Aachen. He then went on to study textile technology, majoring in textile finishing, at the Hochschule Niederrhein (HSNR) in Mönchengladbach from 1993 to 1997. He wrote his final dissertation at Bayer AG in Leverkusen.

Thereafter, he was employed from 1997 to mid-2001 at Sucker-Müller-Hacoba GmbH & Co. (Moe-nus) in Mönchengladbach, before he moved in 2003 to DyStar Textilfarben GmbH & Co.

Deutschland KG in Frankfurt am Main as a sales engineer for dry finishing machines. This was then followed by several years' working at Heinrich Katt GmbH & Co. KG in Oldenburg as Head of Purchasing and Marketing. From mid-2007 he was employed as Head of Production and Logistics at Schöffel Sport-bekleidung GmbH in Schwabmünchen (Bavaria). He will take up his new position as Director for Pro-duction and Procurement at OLYMP Bezner GmbH & Co. KG as of 1 April 2012.
