Aza inaugurated its first store in Ludhiana at MBD Neopolis Mall on Friday, May 18.

The luxurious multi-designer boutique, spanning 3,000 square feet, features creations by India's most talented designers. Every piece is handpicked by experienced merchandisers who have selected the finest from latest runway collections.

The exclusive soiree saw designers Neeta Lulla, Rocky S, Nishka Lulla, Mayank Anand and Shraddha Nigam unveil their latest creations. Attendees enjoyed a chic runway show with models Candice Pinto, Anchal Kumar, Dipti Gujral, and Niketan Madhok, amongst others.

Bipasha Basu graced the event as guest of honor, and offered celebratory words on the occasion: “I am happy for Aza, for it being their 9th store across India. Alka has nurtured the brand Aza in the best possible way. It's a one stop shop for the best designers and is one of my favorite hubs to shop.”

Designer labels available at Aza Ludhiana include Anamika Khanna, Gaurav Gupta, Jaya Rathore, Kiran Uttam Ghosh, Manish Malhotra, Mayank Anand Shraddha Nigam, Neeta Lulla, Pallavi Mohan, Rocky S, Rohit Gandhi + Rahul Khanna, Sabyasachi, and Varun Bahl.

“We have spent months curating the perfect collection for Ludhiana. Through this store, Aza hopes to bring Ludhiana the best in Indian designer wear at the most competitive prices, so individuals no longer need to travel to other cities to shop,” says Aza founder Dr. Alka Nishar.

Derived from Sanskrit, Aza means desire and expectation. True to its name, Aza boutiques countrywide offer the best: in fashion, service, and experience. Clients receive individualized attention from trained fashion consultants who help identify and accessorize each outfit. Displayed on racks is a selection of couture, diffusion, and prêt apparel for men and women, along with accessories, footwear and jewelry.
