Apparel Sourcing to discuss current issues of retailers

“We planned our presentation at the show thoroughly, underlining our closeness to Europe, the style, services and the good value for money in addition. Our customers were won over by these advantages!

“As for facing the challenges of the coming years and the economic situation in Europe, she stated, “We are working on improving our export sales as we have reached our peak on the domestic market.

“We would like to expand our presence in Europe in countries like France and Germany. The socio-economic difficulties are certainly present. Customers are very cautious about placing orders. However with a carefully priced range of products that correspond to customer expectations, it is possible to improve revenues and your address book.

“Our revenues have grown by 20% in 2011 and we will be working for a major coat label, one contact established at the February exhibition.”

As to their overall strategy: “We emphasise creativity, quality and price. Our in-house team of designers is very strong. And we work with high-quality fabrics that are locally made, imported from Italy and from top South Korean suppliers and sell at affordable prices.

Above all, we offer services that customer's value: rapid delivery, stock that is always available and small-volume trial orders for new customers (200 items per model which can be divided into 3 colours, a very attractive proposition!!) We can also produce these small volumes for replenishing stocks.”

We also emphasise our commitment to safe working conditions: we have had “Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production” (or WRAP) certification since 2007. Customers value this added intangible value all the more so because it can be converted to a sales pitch to the end customer!
