BCBG Max Azria Group and Trimera Group have announced a licensing agreement for Trimera Group to market and distribute BCBG Max Azria Group’s swimwear globally, including lines from BCBGMAXAZRIA and BCBGeneration. BCBG Max Azria Group is a leading designer, retailer and distributor of women’s apparel and accessories and has chosen Trimera Group, a leader in the swim industry, to develop and produce the branded line of swim products. The BCBG Max Azria Group swimwear lines will be infused with a blend of classic and contemporary and the premium aesthetic appeal BCBG Max Azria Group has become known for.

Trimera Group will manufacture and distribute these products through BCBG Max Azria Group retail stores, ecommerce, as well as Specialty stores and Department stores globally. The company has over 1200 retail outlets worldwide, including six retail outlets in Germany. Products will launch at the Miami Swim Show and will be offered in store November 2012.

“We are designing for every woman. Our focus has always been to make women look and feel fabulous while keeping the process of getting dressed effortless. Our women do it all and need chic, easy options that match their fast-paced lifestyles, so an expansion into swim was a natural fit. Trimera Group is an expert in swim, so the partnership will be a win for us both,” said Max Azria, founder, designer and CEO of BCBG Max Azria Group.

Dan Elituv, Chairman of Trimera Group said, “We are pleased to include BCBG Max Azria Group, including BCBGMAXAZRIA and BCBGeneration in our portfolio of brands. Trimera Group’s focus is on delivering great design and innovation to the consumer unwilling to compromise on either. I believe this message is extremely relevant to BCBG Max Azria Group and look forward to introducing the lines at the Miami Swim Show this summer.”

BCBG Max Azria Group designs, develops, produces and markets complete collections of women’s ready-to-wear and accessories, each known for being at the forefront of creativity, quality and style.
