Fashion lifestyle store ICONIC further expands in the UAE

It is a time to celebrate as fashion takes centre-stage with ICONIC opening doors to its store in one of Dubai’s most iconic shopping destinations-The Dubai Mall. The store launch also marks a new phase in the brand’s journey with ‘Fashion Different’ being unveiled as the new campaign with imagery that is very high fashion and stylish and featuring looks that are aspirational yet achievable.

Inaugurated by MickyJagtiani, Chairman and Renuka Jagtiani, Vice Chairperson, Landmark Group, along with Raza Beig, CEO, Splash & ICONIC and Nisha Jagtiani, General Manager, ICONICamid a throng of customers, guests and valued partners, the evening was filled with fashion and glamour. Strengthening the brand's growing portfolio in the region, the new store is designed on a never before seen format in the Region that focuses on an innovative dimension giving customers a shopping experience that is totally new and exciting.

Moving forward and making a bold statement ‘Fashion Different’ takes cues from the concept of fashion that stands out but still reflects the persona of the wearer. The campaign ideology is also married beautifully with the new store design that features a vertical store layout where mannequins’ catwalk down from the ceiling and theoval shape creates an additional store space.A very youthful and dynamic sequence of different worlds to discover, the vibrant display areas give high strength to the department rhythm, together with top crossing display bridgesadding to the visual appeal of the store.  Stocked with new brands from various categories including high-street, bridge brands and the Boutique section, the store is a haven for fashionistas who want to sport the latest trends at value prices.

Speaking at the opening of ICONIC, Raza Beig, CEO Splash & ICONIC, said, “2012 has been a year of achievements and celebrations at ICONIC as our retail footprint gets stronger. Adding Dubai Mall, the Region’s most prominent retail destination to our portfolio is a strategic move on the brand’s part. With a new, revised store format stocked with the latest season collection ICONIC is bound to attract a multitude of value fashion conscious customers' locals and tourists alike.”

The store opening was marked amongst much consumer buzz and excitement with funky nail bars, lip tattoos that had women pouting in their best poses, groovy eyelash extension bars and origami balloon artists forming part of the opening festivities. Alongside various activities fashion came alive with the presence of live mannequins who posed with much panache in the hottest trends of the season.
