British fashion retailer M&Co has unveiled its spring/summer collection for 2013, with light, pastel colours and pretty floral outfits at the heart of the range.

The new Paloma floral print shift dress with its bold and elegant pattern is already proving to be popular with women looking to freshen up their summer wardrobe, along with M&Co's new soft spot red prom dress - perfect with some simple stud earrings and a chain bag for a relaxed lunch, or teamed with heels and a clutch bag as part of a classy evening outfit.

Demand for M&Co's delightful boutique floral trouser suit has also been huge after the piece appeared on daytime television. Pastel shades feature heavily in the spring/summer range, with pretty spring dresses from M&Co, light tops, blouses, skirts and jeans available in soft greens, yellows, pinks and blues.

Lindsey Williams, Buying Director of M&Co said: "The whole team is really excited to have unveiled some brand new pieces and we hope our loyal customers will be just as enthralled with the range.

"Items such as our coloured denims and printed trousers are already proving to be some of the most popular from the collection, while versatile designs such as the new spotty prom dresses have also attracted a lot of interest."

"No matter whether you're looking to create a relaxed look, or want something elegant for a special occasion, you can trust M&Co to help you stay on-trend."

A nautical theme also runs through some of the new M&Co summer dresses and tops, with greens and yellows brought in to help add a fresh new feel to the tried and tested blues and reds usually associated with seaside chic.

From striped jumpers with anchor detailing, to light tops with flocking designs that are just perfect when teamed with jeans for creating a relaxed springtime look.
