Noppies' new B2B shop with itSuitsFashion ERP system

Noppies, the brand owner of the well-known maternity and children’s wear brands “Esprit for mums” and “Noppies”, has launched a new B2B shop.

The web shop is based on eFashion Engine, a tool that enables Noppies to integrate all relevant elements of its ERP system, with the powerful and visual possibilities of the internet as front-end.

Noppies decided to replace the old web shop by lack of performance.

The new eFashion Engine B2B web shop contains about 4,000 styles of the Noppies and Esprit for mums collections and are offered to retailers in a secured online environment. Simplicity and convenience for the retailer and an intuitive user flow were the pillars of the new shop.

Jimte Jepma, eCommerce Manager at Noppies: “We had set clear targets up front. Our B2B web shop has to be intuitive and easy to use. The user flow –from logging on to placing an order- has to be easy and understandable. The retailer needs to be able to find sufficient information about the products as well as the marketing support we offer them.”

"More and more retailers place their orders online. We see a sales increase of over 30% compared to our old shop. We have significantly less work on Customer Services, now that so much business is done online. Which means we have more time to spend on our customers.”

Jimte Jepma adds: “As said we notice a significant shift to online business. This B2B shop perfectly fits our multi-channel strategy. We are very happy with the end result of our B2B shop.”
