Fibre2fashion stall evinces keen interest at F&A Show
Jun '13
Fibre2fashion participated in the recently concluded 2013 edition of the F&A Trade Show held from May 23 to 25, 2013 at Bangalore. This was for the second time that fibre2fashion has partaken in the sourcing fair.
The F&A Show is made up of exhibitors from the fabric, accessories and services industries. This time there were around 100 exhibitors at the show and in terms of global exhibitors; more participation was found from China.
The Show also witnessed good response from national as well as international visitors. The fibre2fashion stall generated intense interest from Indian and foreign visitors alike, as they were keen to understand the nuances and importance of a B2B platform in getting access to buyers or sellers.
It is a known fact that the textile supply-chain is very long and getting reliable buyers or suppliers is a headache faced by most in the industry. Through its vast database of global buyers and suppliers, Fibre2fashion plays an important role in helping both these important pillars of the textile supply chain, access either buyers or sellers.
Over the last 13 years, Fibre2fashion has emerged as the most significant and interactive platform for various stake holders such as buyers, sellers, small and medium enterprises, large companies, leading global fashion houses, emerging brands, machinery makers, technologists, designers, etc.
All in all, the F&A Show proved to be a very interesting experience for fibre2fashion, as it was able to interact with visitors from the textile-supply chain from close quarters, while visitors too were able to firsthand understand the services provided by fibre2fashion.
