Rubie's Costume Company acquires Princess Paradise

Rubies Costume Company Inc, the world’s largest Halloween products manufacturer and distributor, is proud to announce the acquisition of Princess Paradise. Princess Paradise has been designing and selling trendsetting, creative, high quality costumes and accessories since 1981.

Rubie’s welcomes Diana Clements, President of the Princess Paradise division, into the ever-expanding Rubie’s family of businesses. “I cannot be more pleased to be able to finally announce this merger,” Clements said.

“We too are thrilled to announce this acquisition, which is consistent with our strategy of expanding into new markets that present clear opportunities for growth,” said Howard Beige, Rubies Executive Vice President. “Princess Paradise has built a stellar reputation for quality in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-end costumes to retailers across the country.”

Marc Beige, Rubies President, says “This union brings an outstanding group of people, as well as their impressive customer base, which will build on our overall position in the upscale costume markets. We are excited about combining our financial strength with Princess Paradise’s strong leadership and reputation for absolute excellence.”

Princess Paradise will continue to operate in Fort Collins under the direction of Clements and all current services remain unchanged.
