The 8th edition of Interfilière Hong Kong will take place on 1 & 2 April, 2014 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre with an emphasis on harmony of body, mind and well-being. The trade show will strengthen its focus on SUSTAINABILITY, TRENDS, NETWORKING and INNOVATION with various collaborations among fashion and industry experts leading the world intimate apparel market. 
 
A wide array of events and projects including the Eco-system showcase, Sustainable development conference, Creative Lab, Trend Forum, Seminar program, Personal shopper, Selection Guide will lead visitors to a whole new level of professionalism in just 2 days.
 
THE ECO- SYSTEM SHOWCASE
Co-organized with the French Knitwear and Lingerie Federation, Interfilière Hong Kong will bring the latest innovation, knowledge and practical know-how on how to develop a complete eco-system in your business. Sustainability has gone beyond being a simple fashion phenomenon, and now taking on various aspects in textile business for the greater good of all.
 
A didactic and playful area with eco-friendly products will engage the visitors’ 5 senses: sight, hearing, taste, smell and touch. In addition, leading manufacturers and specialists demonstrating eco-responsible initiatives in the market will come to speak about their latest research and developments. Educational and explanatory overview on ecological manufacturing, green textile certifications, sustainable marketing and much more will be delivered through the seminar program. Finished prototypes will be showcased at the CREATIVE LAB, a closed showroom to illustrate the longings of the NEW Woman, the INSTAGRAM WOMAN. Worldwide a NEW woman is inventing another way to shop, to dress, to be informed, to get excited. She is well informed, detail crazy, communicative, seeking style & stories in every element of life.
 
Supervised by Concepts Paris, this innovative project will bring designers and buyers a fresh and forward-looking perspective on the international lingerie consumer. Top-class manufacturers from HKIAIA (Hong Kong Intimate Apparel Industries’ Association) will create each prototype using the latest innovations and techniques ranging from new gluing methods, laser technology, 3D printing and much more to present the combination of technology with charm.
 
Together with the Creative Lab, Trend Forum and Seminars will also devote to this new generation of women in order to deliver a comprehensive outlook on her buying behaviour, attitudes and lifestyle.
