Perry Ellis has entered into a license agreement in Australia and New Zealand with South Pacific Apparel, Ltd., for men's sportswear like polos, t-shirts, casual shirts, denim and pants under the Farah vintage brand.

The new collection will launch in Spring 2016 in department, chain and specialty stores as well as online with The Iconic, Australia's largest online multi-branded ecommerce platform.

According to a Perry Ellis press release, the Farah vintage brand is rooted in rich heritage and bolstered by street credibility, leveraging creative ambassadors to drive success.

“For fashion-minded hipsters in East London and international artists alike, the name Farah represents a melting of bold style and solid quality that resonates with youth of all walks,” the retailer observed.

Farah products are sold internationally through major retailers and company-owned retail stores, and as well as on its website.

“We will execute our strategy to extend the reach of our global brands across product categories, distribution channels and geographies to drive further growth and profitability," he too added.

"We are excited to bring Farah vintage label to our shores direct from the UK and be part of its incredible heritage and phenomenal growth story," South Pacific Apparel's CEO Andy Williams stated.
