Delta Galil completes acquisition of P.J. Salvage brand

Delta Galil Industries said it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the P.J. Salvage brand and other assets of California-based Loomworks Apparel, Inc.

Delta Galil is a manufacturer and marketer of apparel products, while Loomworks Apparel is a sleepwear, loungewear and intimates manufacturer and distributor.

According to a Delta Galil press release, the purchased business, now operating as part of US subsidiary Delta Galil USA, enhances Delta Galil's leadership position in intimate apparel.

It also added that alongside it also expands its strong portfolio of branded businesses, which includes Schiesser, Karen Neuburger, and Little Miss Matched & Delta among others.

“We are pleased to add the well-regarded P.J. Salvage brand and Loomworks' other business to the Delta Galil portfolio,” said Isaac Dabah, CEO of Delta Galil.

“This increases our presence in the upper retail market segment and broadening our global footprint,” Dabah added.

P.J. Salvage is widely known for chic style and luxury fabrics, and pioneered the crossover of bedroom fashion into loungewear and everyday wear.

The brand's meticulous attention to detail, superior quality, rich fabrics and flattering fit have made P.J. Salvage a favourite among celebrities and the fashion-minded.
