Maya Wrap to debut new packaging & colors at MOM2B

Maya Wrap Inc, based in Yadkinville, North Carolina, will be exhibiting at the MOM2B conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, March 3-4. Maya Wrap manufactures and sells baby slings and pouches in the US and 19 other countries. Maya Wrap launched a new branding look last year, and is capping that off with the introduction of all-new packaging and fashionable new colors.

Exhibitors and buyers will be coming from across the globe to the MOM2B trade show. The show is designed to fill the void for the fashion-forward pregnant and post-pregnant modern woman.

Maya Wrap began in 1996 when founder Susan Gmeiner had her first of three children and needed a way to keep her son close while having her hands free. Out of that came a line of ring sling products that were comfortable, adjustable and fashionable.

"When I developed the sling 10 years ago, it just seemed like a simple solution to an everyday dilemma for me - how to keep my baby close and still get things done. I had no idea that it would turn into such a mainstream and trend-setting product."

Now Maya Wrap has grown to include three different ring sling styles, including their best-selling cushioned shoulder sling. The company's products are made from 100% hand-loomed fabrics, making them not only beautiful but cool and comfortable as well.

"We are looking forward to attending the MOM2B show," said Gmeiner. "The industry is growing rapidly and this show allows us an opportunity to get in front of the right people and stay abreast of what's happening in the category. The new packaging is in keeping with our fresh new look, and we are excited about the opportunity and impact it will give us in retail stores."

The new packaging and colors will be available for order at the trade show, and will begin shipping over the summer. Maya Wrap will be exhibiting at booth no. 406.
